Antoinette DeGruccio
LCSW, PATH Certified Instructor
Antoinette is a lifelong horsewoman who is passionate about sharing the healing power of horses with those in need. After graduating from Post University with a BA in Psychology, a BS in Equine Business Management, and her PATH Intl. Therapeutic Riding Instructor Certification, Antoinette began working full time at HorseAbility as the Director of Equine Operations. During this time she advanced her career to become a PATH Intl. Advanced Level Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Mentor. After being introduced to the benefits of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Antoinette decided to pursue her Masters in Social Work from Stony Brook University. Fast forward, Antoinette has returned to HorseAbility part-time with additional PATH Intl. credentials including CTRI, Equine Specialist in Mental Health & Learning and Faculty/Evaluator for ESHM&L Workshops and Certifications. In addition , she is a licensed clinical social worker. Antoinette is honored to have the opportunity to serve the participants of HorseAbility.
